I dedicated four years to caring for my grandmother Cathreen Nzapu , who battled with Parkinson’s disease and dimentia . This experience allowed me to develop expectional skills in assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, changing of clothes, eating , grooming and providing companionship.This impact of this personal journey ignited my passion for making a positive difference in the lives of those in needy .

In my recent role as a manager and health officer, l successfully enhanced overall quality service implementing comprehensive health and safety standards through staff training. This achievement reflects my commitment to excellence and creating an environment that prioritizes comfort and safety for both customers and my fellow colleagues.

l am friendly , hardworking and committed to patients well being and safety . I also understand the importance of effective communication in order to provide the best possible care . I committed two weeks at farewells homes the home of frail and old people.l am committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both patients and their loved ones
