Nurses can get access to opportunities from top employers, tools to prepare for job seeking and interviews and a helpful community to support their career journey. Nurses connect directly with employers. It’s designed to make the job hunt easy, so you can sit back and let employers invite you to apply for their jobs.

Nurselink is a community of nurses. Our mission is to help you progress in your nursing career. Once you are accepted into the Nurselink platform, we’ll help connect you directly with top nursing employers actively hiring. With Nurselink, you’ll receive interview requests directly from interested employers. It’s the easiest way to see what opportunities are out there without endless cover letters and job applications. Our nursing community will support you with advice and guidance on issues such as Revalidation, Work issues, pay and referrals to the best nursing jobs.

You can respond to employers you like. An interview request is just a way for employers to reach out to you in order to set up an initial conversation or book interview. You can express interest in as many interview requests as you’d like. We recommend responding to invitations as early as possible. Plus, it’s a chance to explore and have a conversation with interested employers without a commitment.

No, employers will be able to see your profile and can reach out to you with a request to interview or send you a message.

Nurselink platform is for nursing jobs in the UK. You’ll be connected directly with employers across the UK based on skills, location, desired salary and contract preferences.

Please go to the Profile page to change your name, email address, or password.

If you would like to delete your account, that option can be found on your Profile page Click on the ‘Profile Tab’ the click on ‘Delete Account’. 

Yes, Nurselink is completely FREE for all nurses to join.

Nurselink is your easiest, most efficient way to access top nursing talent. We provide a pool of highly qualified candidates who are actively seeking new roles with employers like you.

Nurselink empowers employers to quickly connect with nurses looking for their next role. You will see a nurse’s detailed profile showing salary expectations and work preferences upfront for more transparent negotiations, saving time and avoiding bias.

To Post a job go to your Profile and click on ‘Post Job’ Tab and select a Job posting package.

You can list all types of nursing roles from entry-level and part-time positions to management roles.

Here are some of our suggestions to increase the success of the recruiting process:
  • Be quick. If you see a candidate you like, don’t wait! Candidates typically receive an overwhelming number of offers by midweek.
  • Be genuine. Personal messages will put you ahead of the crowd – keep this in mind when sending interview requests.
  • Be persistent. Don’t get discouraged if a nurse does not respond to your interview request. Employers typically send 10+ interview requests before finding a perfect match.
  • Play by the rules. Be sure to review our Terms of Use.

Log in to your provide and click on the ‘Jobs’ Tab. Under ‘My Jobs’, you will see a list of all the jobs you have posted. You will option to ‘Edit’, ‘Mark as Filled’, ‘Duplicate’ or ‘Delete’ a Job. You will also see the number of applicants for each job. If you click on the number, you will see a list of applicants.

You can choose to receive applications to your inbox or redirect candidates to your careers page.

The candidate will put their contact details within their profile and on their CV, these will be visible to you when they express interest in your role

Please go to the Profile page to change your name, email address, or password.

If you would like to delete your account, that option can be found on your Profile page Click on the ‘Profile Tab’ the click on ‘Delete Account’. We hope that you change your mind and decide to stay with Nurselink, even if you’ve filled a recent position with us.

Log into your profile and click on the Manage Applicants tab. This feature will enable you to book an interview and approve, reject or delete an applicant. You will see all applicants for your roles. Click on the applicant’s name and view details. You can send a direct message to the applicant.

Jobs advertised Monday – Friday between:

  • 00:00 – 07:59 = 10:00 same day
  • 08:00 – 17:00 = within 1 hour
  • 18:00 – 23:59 = 10:00 next working day
  • Jobs advertised Saturday and Sunday will appear on the next working day

You will receive an email receipt to the address you registered your account with once you complete
your transaction. Please print this out and retain this for your records.

From the homepage simply click on the login tab at the top right hand side of the page.   Then click
on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link which appears under Login to your account.
Enter your email address/username associated with the account/job advert and we’ll send your
username and password to you. We can only send usernames and passwords to the registered email
address –
Unfortunately if you no longer have access to the email, you will need to set up a new account as for
security reasons we are unable to give out usernames and passwords.

Candidates simply register an account and complete the online application process. Their profile includes standardised details such as employment history, work eligibility, qualifications, references, etc. This can be edited and updated at any time. If a candidate would like to apply for a specific vacancy, they confirm their profile, include a personal statement detailing how they meet the requirements (minimum 2000 characters) and complete the declaration.

Yes, once the candidate application has been confirmed the candidate will receive an email confirmation.

Yes, candidates receive an email notification. Following the shortlisting process, we would recommend updating the status for applicants on the Nurselink platform. Once updated, the system will automatically notify candidates of a change to their application.

No, all website visitors at Nurselink can view ALL advertised vacancies. Registered candidates are able to activate personalised job alerts to be notified when vacancies matching their preferences are received.

Login to your employer account and navigate to Dashboard. On this page you can update any of the details including; logo, banner photo, description, contact details, photos, video & related documents.

Yes, you can update this at anytime from your profile dashboard.

You can upload either a YouTube or Vimeo video to your Careers Page at Nurselink.co.uk. To do this you need to add the Video URL/link to the video section and the video will then embed on your careers page for visitors to view. This can be edited or removed at any time.
